When running the Fluke DMS, a message appears with the error code 459

Answer:

For DMS 1.5 to DMS 1.8: Please update to DMS 1.9.

For DMS 1.9: Please first try to run the software once as ADMIN using the right mouse button.

Do you still have an Office 2010 application or Access RT 2010 active/installed on your system?
This should not be the case and please uninstall it.
Otherwise, repair the software via "Apps and Features".

Anti-Virsu software as Kaspersky, Sophos, G-Data etc. should generally not be active when installing a DMS.
 
Note: Databases should not be located on a server.
