Can I use the pressure measuring tools to measure pressure of pure Oxygen ?

Answer:  

No, none of the Fluke process tools are supporting the use of pure Oxygen. 

Since oxygen is flammable and explosive with silicon oil, so a corrosive gas, only specially designed sensor can accommodate these applications.
