Question:

Issues with DMS Access Runtime 32 bit

Answer:

       The DMS version 1.5 to DMS version 1.8 still requires the Access Runtime 2010 in 32 bit.

       Download and install (it is important here: do NOT use the 64-bit version!)

       But we would  recommend the update step by step up to the latest DMS version 1.9.  

       This means to update from version 1.5 first to version 1.6, then to 1.7, version 1.8 and finally to version 1.9.

       Important note! These updates must be downloaded and installed separately step by step!

       For DMS version 1.9 you need the Access Runtime 2013 in 32 bit or higher. 

       These Access versions are included in the update of DMS or the full version.
