This may be due to the design of the 113’s vcheck circuit. In vcheck the 113 will pull more current from the load (ie the battery) in one direction versus the other. It’s like a few hundred microamps one way versus 500 microamps the other and this may be the cause of the turnover error. If the customer gets no turnover with another high impedance meter then it's more than likely a compatibility issue with this test and the 113 circuit design.
