Can't figure out how to replace the batteries on your VoltAlert 1AC-A-II? You are not alone. Follow these steps to get your tester back working again:
Turn the unit on its side, viewing the side of the pen clip.
Press down on the back yellow part.
Once pressed down, pull the dark gray half of the VoltAlert tester away from the yellow bottom portion.
And now you have access to the battery compartment. Replace with 2 AA batteries.
