First, make sure that you have the latest firmware version on your tool. Check here for FW updates: https://www.fluke.com/en-us/support/software-downloads/fluke-ii900-software-and-firmware-upgrade
If you do not have firmware version 3.xx or greater you will not have access to the LeakQ function.
To enable LeakQ mode on your ii900/ii910 you will need to turn on your meter.
-Pull up the main menu by simply touching the screen.
-Select 'Image' and then select 'LeakQ' (a circle will appear on the center of your display)
Once the images are captured with LeakQ mode turned on you can add text notes, photo notes, or tags to the image. Connect the ii900/ii910 to your PC via USB cable and pull the images off into Fluke Connect Desktop Software to create the LeakQ Reports.
