The MET/CAL Gold Procedure Development Team has recently started releasing procedures that use the Fluke 5128A RH Chamber to calibrate various temperature/humidity sensing devices. These procedures represent a new area of calibration that had not previously been undertaken in Gold Procedures.
To enable MET/CAL to run these procedures, you will need to place the accuracy file for the 5128A (attached at the bottom of this article) in your Accuracy File Directory.
Then, connect your 5128A to your computer via a USB port and determine which COM port was assigned. You then need to configure your Fluke 5128A as an instrument in MET/CAL Runtime, selecting the appropriate COM port.
