Problem Description: The 9102S displays Error 2
Resolution/Work Around: Error 2 is displayed when the memory of the 9102S becomes corrupted or there is a memory mismatch. To clear the error, perform a master reset by turning off the unit and then while holding the Set and Exit buttons turn the unit on. Once -init- is displayed release the Set and Exit buttons. This should clear the error. Now, use the calibration certificate and program the unit’s parameters back in for R0, Alpha, and Delta. If this did not clear the error, repeat the master reset. If after the second master reset the unit’s error is not cleared, the unit will need the controller replaced.
