Problem Description: Error messages are displayed when attempting to set up a test configuration. The error messages are generated regardless of whether opening an existing configuration or attempting to create a new one. The error message should be similar to the one shown below:
Resolution/Work Around: The database or the USERDRVR.accdb file of the Met/Temp II software has become corrupted somehow. The Met/Temp II program uses the Microsoft Access 2010 database program.
If the Microsoft Access program is already installed on the computer that has the Met/Temp II program installed on it then the ‘Compact and Repair’ option may be used to repair the database program.
If the Microsoft Access program is not already installed on the computer that has the Met/Temp II program installed on it then the installation media (CD or USB drive) should be used again and the ‘Repair’ option selected to correct this problem.
