Resolution of Fluke DAQ 6.0 installation where the Bluetooth network card selected in the Registration program was causing issues, (“cannot use Softkey”…error 3) with registration.
Adjustment of the network adapter fixes the problem. In case you run into this error, please follow the steps below to address it:
- Right click on your network adapter and select Open Network and Sharing Center.
- When the dialog opens click on Change Adapter settings.
- Click Advanced and select Advanced settings. This is tricky as the menu does not appear on the top, so you should press the ALT key to see the menu.
- Move your Local Area Connection to the top of the list using the arrows.
You should now be able to activate your license.
