Applies To: 1620A with RF option and XBEE Pro modem
Problem Description:
When attempting to download data from a 1620A using the RF modem the following message is received:
The number of bytes in the query does not match the number of bytes indicated. Aborting the download process.
Bytes in response: 892
Bytes indicated: 1024
Block Size: 1024
Total bytes downloaded: 1024
Resolution/Work Around:
Due to some limitation of the XBEE Pro modem a smaller amount of data to download must be chosen such as up to an 8 hour block of data.
