Applies To:  Almost all baths

Problem Description:  Line monitor light stays on. How do I make a fine tune adjustment to the Line Monitor?

Resolution/Work Around:

  1. Measure your power outlet or power being supplied to your bath.
  2. Make sure the line voltage not outside 10% of the normal limits of 110V or 220V.             (This may cause damage to the compressor of the bath)
  3. For some baths the line monitor is located on the inside of the back panel near the power entry.   On other baths the line monitor is located inside up front near the controller.
    1.  For the line monitors on the back, the stir motor cover will need to be removed, the stir motor needs disconnected, and the top panel/lid will need to be removed.
    2.  For the line monitors up front, the display panel and the front panel will need to be removed.
  4. Once the line monitor is located, the voltage trim dial can be set. The delay trim dial should not need to be set. The delay trim dial should be at 2 minutes.

Input Voltage dial is in 5V increments.

Time delay dial is in minutes. Set to 2 minute delay.  If voltage is within range, red STATUS LED will slowly flash until time delay has elapsed.
