Fluke Calibration released a software update to MET/TEAM version 2.3.0 and MET/CAL version 9.2.0 on October 30, 2019. This article includes information about what changes were made to MET/TEAM and MET/CAL, the update process overview, and other frequently asked questions. The contents of this article will reflect current information as it becomes available.
What changed?
Readme files are included in the 2.3.0 ISO image that describe the changes made relative to the previous version. Both were extracted and attached to this article for convenient review.
Our MET/TEAM System Requirements page has been updated with this compatibility matrix between supported Microsoft Windows operating systems and SQL Server versions. It is important to note that we have removed support for Windows 7 and 8.0 as supported operating systems for MET/TEAM. As before, a 64-bit operating system is required.
Who can upgrade?
This upgrade to version 2.3.0 may only be applied to MET/TEAM version 2.2.1. Attempting to upgrade from any other versions of MET/TEAM may result in non-functioning software.
All customers currently running MET/TEAM 2.2.1 with MET/CAL 9.1.1 can upgrade at no cost, regardless of Gold Support Status. The upgrade from MET/TEAM 2.2.0 to 2.2.1 and from MET/CAL 9.1.0 to 9.1.1 was also a no-charge upgrade, meaning that customers running 2.2.0 or later can upgrade to 2.3.0 at no charge. Please refer to our MET/TEAM Support Schedule for additional information on patches or new feature development.

The Fluke Calibration My MET/SUPPORT Software Downloads page has been updated to include the new release. Current MET/SUPPORT Gold customers can download the software from this page.
