From a browser, Go to https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=fluke
Search for "Fluke", then order by "Last Updated" Find these three drivers and download them.
Extract to three separate directories (temp1, temp2, temp3)
Then install each one in order. You may not need the third driver so you can reboot after the second one is installed and then test. Make sure you also reboot after installing the third one if you need it.
