MET/CAL Editor displays an unreadable character set.

This issue applies to versions 8.X and 9.X of Met/Cal Editor.  One of the symptoms is that the programming code looks like HEX characters instead of the normal characters you would expect to see in your procedure. 

Issues with procedures opening incorrectly in MET/CAL Editor can be resolved with the following process:

1. Close MET/CAL Editor and Runtime
2. Go to %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Fluke\mce32
3. Delete the contents of the mce32 directory.
   AND
4. Go to %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Fluke\mce32
5. Delete the contents of the mce32 directory.
6. Reboot computer. 
7. Restart MET/CAL Editor
