Title: Battery failure initializes the controller

Problem Description: The 2100 controller initializes during boot up and/or will not keep the parameters stored in memory
Resolution/Work Around: The 2100 controller 3V battery level must be above 2.8V. At 2.7V the battery does not have enough power to maintain the memory. New batteries should be around 3.3V to sustain the operation for a few years.
