First is the Calibration Data Engine already running? (check processes for dbsrv11.exe)
If the Calibration Data Engine is not running, then do this to troubleshoot it.
Open Sybase Central
Double click on
Click on the Services Tab
Right click on metbase73
Click on Properties
Click on Configuration tab
Save a screen capture of your configuration screen.
Then run the following from the command line based on your configuration filename and parameters
Press Enter
Save a screen capture of the message that you receive.
