Sometimes, reports generated in MET/TEAM use a smaller font size than the applicable Crystal Report they are based on. This is due to a bug in Crystal Reports when exporting certain reports to PDF format.

It is possible to resolve this bug with an edit to your Windows Registry on the computer or server acting as the MET/TEAM server. Making this change requires that the user be an administrator for the computer/server.

Note: This change must be made on the computer or server hosting MET/TEAM.

Press Windows Key+R, type regedit, and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.

Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Crystal Reports

Right click and Add a New Key named Export.

Right click on Export and Add a New Key named Pdf.

Right click and Add a New DWORD named ForceLargerFonts.

Right click on the new entry and click Modify...

Set the Value data to 1 and click OK.

Now your font size in PDF versions will match the report template in Crystal Reports.
