Question: Video recording on Android 14 and 15

Recording video with the TC01A and the Fluke iSee app results in a glitched video.

Answer: Use a different supported Android version

As of October 2024, this is a known software issue and does not have a fix. The video itself does not record correctly, and the .mp4 file that is created comes out distorted. To record video, the user must use a different compatible smartphone. We have noticed that Google Pixel phones seem particularly prone to being affected.

The iSee app supports Android 6.0/ HarmonyOS 2.0 and above.
