Thermal Imager shows up as Unkown in Smartview Classic software
The purpose of this article is to help solve the issue when a Thermal Imager shows up as Unkown when using Smartview software.
The reason Smartview shows Unknown to identify the Thermal Imagers model number is because the USB driver for the camera did not get installed automatically.
