Comark Infra Red Thermometers are generally considered disposable due to their relative low cost outside of warranty.

Items to check before returning for Service

Before considering returning your Infra Red Thermometers for repair please confirm that the battery is healthy and if not please replace for a new one.

Check that the IR sensor is not damaged or broken as a result of the Thermometer being dropped. This will result in the unit being deemed beyond economical repair.

Warranty

If you are claiming warranty for any product returned to Fluke Service please ensure that you include all the necessary proof of purchase.

Troubleshooting

There is little troubleshooting for Comark Infra Red Thermometers as they are generally point and shoot Thermometers with little to no setup required so they either work or not. If they are showing the incorrect scale please refer to the operating manual, downloadable from the Comark Website to select the scale and try again.
