Returning a Product for Repair or Replacement
To return your RF500 or RF600(SRF600) Wi-Fi Logger for repair or replacement is straightforward but please note that you should not return these products to Comark/Fluke. To return any RF500 and SRF600 product for repair and warranty replacement, in the first instance please contact Setra using the technical support e-mail above and the team there will advise next steps.
