The setting document have been tested in a W10 workgroup environment August 2020 and found to provide a satisfactory connection between the Softing Demo Client on a remote pc. This was for DTDP and also CS210
Warning
For 64 bit pcs don't use DCOMCNFG via the Run dialogue box.
Start -> Right-click -> Run -> mmc comexp.msc /32
