General Overhaul
Check motor for excessive audible bearing noise
Check running time - if close to 45,000 hrs change motor unit
Change IR window, check and adjust
Check onboard I/O (trigger, alarm output, analog output, analog input)
Calibration (certification)
Verification of trigger input and analog output - 3 mA output channels calibrated and adjusted as necessary
(measured mA values are not included on a calibration certificate per point)
Check IR calibration at 3 points appropriate to the model's temperature range
Advise cost for ISO or DAkkS certification if required.
