Procedure for experimentation with temperature offset script using by calculating an offset based on a known value.

Note, this correction is applied based on energy and not a numerical offset - its a real recalculation.
This was primarily based on offsetting the entire image based on having a reference source in the field of view that has a known temperature. Example - human temperature monitoring.
