The analog output can be calibrated separately to the calibration of the object temperature.

 

You may can check and adjust the analog output if your control system has a different reading to the sensor (display) or software value.

 

Analog output calibration should be performed before temperature calibration.

 

In addition, the sensor can drive a fixed value of output signal - which is useful for checking your control system input channels

 

Procedure

From the Devices tab choose Field Calibration Analog Output

Choose the sensor via Click on a device name

 

The following dialogue is opened

 

 

 

Based on your DMM reading- type in known value under measuring site 1 Point.  In this example, the measured valie is  4.069 mA

 

 

 

 

 

Based on your DMM reading- type in known value under measuring site 2 Point.  In this example, the measured value is  19.8mA.

 

 

 

Click  Reset to user settings. The software will define the correct Offset and Gain values.
