LinkIQ - Error Code F6C2

LinkIQ error code F6C2 is displayed when cable discovery is disrupted. This usually happens when other active network elements are interfering.

To narrow down the problem, connect Remote ID #1 directly to the LinkIQ port and run the cable test. This can help determine if the error is being caused by the network you are connected to, or if the LinkIQ itself is causing it.

More information can be found in the system log when the device is plugged into a PC and communicating with Linkware PC: [Utilities] > [LinkIQ] > [System Log].

If the error code F6C2 persists, especially if the error appears when a test is run without actually connecting to a Network, the LinkIQ unit is defective and would require repair from our service center.
