My screen won't turn off / my battery is draining quickly.
It is recommended to turn on the Auto Off function. This prevents the screen from being left on and draining the battery.
Unit won't turn on.
1) This normally is caused by a battery being depleted below 10% of the battery capacity.
Charge the unit with the power supply provided for a minimum of 1 hour. To achieve a full charge, the unit must charge for >2.5 hours.
Unit will turn on but only shows a black screen.
The imager may not be connected properly. Fully connect the imager in the socket and ensure to engage the retaining clips.
If the issue persists after confirming a good connection, the imager may need to be replaced. In the U.S., contact Service at 1-888-993-5853 or set up an RMA using our online service RMA request form. Outside the U.S., contact your local Fluke authorized service center.
The imager LED lights are on but there is no image on the screen.

My image is on the screen but is blurry.
1) If you image is blurry, most likely the imager lens needs to be cleaned. We recommend using a cleaning the imager lens with microfiber cloth and small, pointed object. You can watch how to do clean the lens in this video.
2) The unit may be zoomed in. To adjust the zoom, press F3 and slide the bar to zoom in or out.
