Fluke Energy Analyze Plus will not show graphs for Energy consumption in the Demand graph


Answer:  

The energy trend is used for investigating how much energy is being used over an amount of time.
If Energy Analyze Plus software does not show any data then it can be due to a setting on the 1732, 1734, 1736 or 1738 is not turned on. 

For measuring and logging energy the Demand Interval needs to be on.  When set to Off,  no energy-consumption is logged. 

How to check if it is on or off?  Switch ON the 173x and push the LOGGER key. 
In this screen you can see Name (of logging), Duration, interval for average calculation, Demand Interval , Energy Cost and Description : 

 

How to turn it on Demand logger : 

Select Edit Setup and move the cursor to Demand Interval: 

Press Enter and select the interval from the list 

Press enter and Demand interval is set to the selected choice :

 

In this example the Demand Interval is set to 5 minutes.
This means every five minutes the average enregy parameters will be logged and stored to the internal memory of the instrument.
