User-replaceable parts are listed in our calibration manuals or service manuals. If the part you need is not listed in the manuals, in most cases it is not considered user-replaceable and is not available. There are exceptions to this; for example, battery contacts are identified in some of our knowledge base articles (https://help.fluke.com/hc/en-us). Electronic components used in our products are not user-replaceable and our technical support staff is not able to identify these items.
