Note that this display requires a recent embedded software (firmware) version as these displays use a different driver chipset from the prior displays. Press and hold the [ESC] button on your equipment to display the firmware version. If it is not current then you will need to upgrade. See firmware page links at this webpage. Make sure you click on the correct model.
