Problem Description: When attempting to print a test report only a small portion of the Report options window is displayed and may or may not be expanded.
Resolution/Work Around:
Right click on the Windows Search icon, then go to “Search” and type "Regedit"
Click on the Regedit program to start it.
In the window that opens, navigate to the following location:
Delete all the folders that are listed under the "Settings" folder
These files in your folder might be different, but it doesn't make a difference.
All these files need to be deleted.
Once all the files are deleted, restart the computer, and start Met/Temp II again.
The print window should now be back to the normal size.
