DPCTrack2 - Instructions to Reset the Admin password:
Note: please verify you have the latest version of DPCTrack2 installed, Version 2.1.0.2.

Please follow these steps to reset your DPCTrack2 password:
- Email tech.support@fluke.com to request the code for the day you will be entering the code.
- The Tech Support Team will provide you with code for the day you have requested in a return email.
- In Windows, navigate to your DPCTrack2 Installation directory. The default directory is C:\Program Files\Fluke\DPCTrack21
- You should find a program in this directory called PasswordReset.exe
- Run PasswordReset.exe. When prompted for the verification code, enter the code that is sent to you from Tech Support

After entering the verification code, you can use this program to reset the password for your DPCTrack2 user to ADMIN
Default USER ID and PASSWORD are both ADMIN
Please note that the verification code is valid for to the date listed only. If you need to reset your password again at a later time we will need to provide you with an updated verification code.
