Applicable for CS400 software version upto: 7.6.1
The developer resolved it in 7.6.42 or a higher version.
While adding TV40 Camera in CS400 Software, you might be able see TV40 camera in list but when you try to connect the TV40, the CS400 software will crash.
Although TV40 works fine in Web browser but not able to connect with CS400.
The reason is CS400 setup (upto software v7.6.1) does not install dependent software which "Visual Studio VC100 Runtime", needed by GigEVision Cameras like TV40 and TV30-GigE.
To solve the issue, please install CS400 version v7.6.42 or above.
