Adjustment of the sector/zone color is set in the Configurator.
Each scanner in a multi-scanner system can have a unique color. Each ini file can have a unique color.

The graphic also highlights how you can select an alternative thermogram palette and even modfiy individual colors. In this example an "isotherm" is created - top temperatures (scale adjusted in runtime) are red, all others fit to grayscale.
