Please follow the steps in the video. Don't be tempted to interrupt the process.
The update needs the entire zip file (don't unpack)/unzip).
After updating, restart the camera from the web server.
When connection is restored, power cycle the camera and wait for the connection to be restored.
Note: You may have a later firmware revision (1.0.8 or above).
