Hi there just asking, is it just me or do the courses resets after you refresh the page and all your progress is gone without any warning?
Customers who are accessing our free courses should not have a login; therefore, it does not save course progress. It's a limitation of our system. We recommend that they complete the course in one sitting. They can also take note of the lesson they have completed and navigate directly by the drop-down menu.
