This shows how to run a Fluke Calibration MET/TEAM .sql script using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

NOTE:  At the very beginning, when SQL Server Management Studio was opened, instead of navigating to it in the installed software list, I could have typed   SSMS  in the start / find field and that would have listed SQL Server Management Studio and I could have pressed the [Enter] key to open SSMS, this is easier than locating it in the installed programs list and works regardless of the version of SSMS you have installed.

Additionally if you were NOT given a .sql file but instead were given a script to copy out of an article or email, you can watch to @ 1:40, then skip ahead to @ 3:35 which shows how to open a new query window and enter (in this case paste) and execute the script.

At the 2:50 mark is probably the most important part of the video and explains how to prevent a major cause of support calls. You must be sure to select the appropriate database prior to executing the script!  Typically you will be selecting the "metteam" database, but this can be configured with a different name during the installation process.
