To receive the full benefits of your MET/SUPPORT Gold account, you must first register your account by following the instructions below. MET/SUPPORT Gold members gain easy access to benefits such as priority technical support, downloadable procedures, software updates and upgrades, application information and more.
If you have just purchased MET/SUPPORT GOLD, and/or not yet registered on the My Fluke site, the following instructions should get you there. Registration requires your MET/SUPPORT Gold number and PIN. This number and PIN will have been sent to you via email following purchase of the subscription. If you have a separate purchasing department or someone else at your company may have purchased the subscription, you will need to get the information from them. In the past, this Gold Support number typically started with 699xxxx, however that has changed with numbers provided now.
To begin accessing your benefits, just follow this simple process:
- Go to the My Fluke website: https://my.fluke.com
- Click Sign in and either log in with your existing account or register for a new account.
- After logging in, select Premium Care (1) > Fluke Calibration Premium Care (2) from the top menu.
- Select MET/SUPPORT Gold (3) to view the MET/SUPPORT Gold number currently linked to your account (if any) as well as the start date, end date, and status for each subscription period (each renewal will appear as a new entry moving forward).
- If your account is not currently linked to a MET/SUPPORT Gold number, or you need to change the number you are linked to, click Update (4).
- Enter the MET/SUPPORT Gold number and PIN and click submit to complete the process.
- It will take up to 24 hours for your updated status to populate fully to other systems, like Cubyt for MET/SUPPORT Gold procedures.
The email address that you use during the registration steps above is the same address that we will use to identify you as a Gold customer in our technical support ticket management system and on this Help Center. When contacting software support via email, be sure to send your request from the same email address that you used during registration so we may correctly identify you as a MET/SUPPORT Gold subscriber.
