Below are the instructions for retrieving the Calibration Certificate that is supplied with your thermal cameras.  This article applies to the following models: TiS20+, TiS20+Max, TiS55+, and TiS75+.  If you have another model, please reference this article to locate the guide for your model. 
 
 
 
Via PC browsing.
 
  1. Open Windows File Explorer.
  2. Find the Camera in the "This PC" drive directory.
  3. Find the folder named after the camera model.  I.E. TiS75+ (see photo below)
  4. Locate the "Internal storage" folder.
  5. Locate the "GCameraExt" folder.
  6. Find the file named "Certificate of Calibration."

 

 

Via the Camera Menu.

  1. Tap screen to open menu options.
  2. Select the Gear icon in the top right.
  3. Select Certificates.
