How do I synchronize the logger to internet time ?
Answer:
The 177x series can synchronize with a internet ( NTP server) to get Internet time.
Here is how it is selected on the 1770 series.
Go to <Settings>, <Instrument Settings> <Date & Time> , select the option <Internet Time>.
Make sure the 177x is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or ethernet., check if the connection is there , a connectivity symbol is shown with the selected Wi-Fi :
Then check if the NTP mark is turning to a green check symbol after some time.
This is happening after about 30 seconds to 1 minute after making connection to the network via Wi-Fi or ethernet.
Once NTP check is green, time is adjusted to the internet time.
