Comark Technical Support Summary Page
This page brings together all the new Technical Pages into one complete list. Use this list to find the Technical Support page for your Product or Group of products.There are four steps for Self-Service Technical Support
Step 1) – Use CTRL-F and therefore utilise the Browser Search function you can find the product you are looking for, for example PDT300 or just scroll down the page to find the product you need help with.
Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and not all products are shown, especially probes and accessories. However, you will likely find a similar product, probe or accessory and the process for troubleshooting and return is likely to be similar or even the same. Please use the search facility on the Comark website and look for the individual product if it is not shown here and you cannot find the support you need. Noting that if the product is no longer on the Comark website it is likely obsolete and therefore Technical Support may no longer be available. Either way, if you e-mail us we will reply to you.
Step 2) – If you determine that the Product is faulty and needs repair/replacement follow the local return procedure to get the product back to a local Service Centre for Repair.
Step 3) – You have concluded that you are going to order new product, please use the links provided to find a Local Reseller/Distributor to source a replacement.
Step 4) – You didn’t find what you wanted, and you still need more support please contact Technical Support and we’ll get back to you. Note – if you arrived at this page via an e-mail to Technical Support there is no need to e-mail us again, we will reply to your e-mail.
